Returns & Exchanges

At Rowdy Locals, we’re a small shop dedicated to premium quality. Every shirt is printed by hand right here in Satellite Beach. Because each piece is made to order, we have a specific return policy:

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your gear arrives with a manufacturing defect or we sent you the wrong design/size, we’ll make it right. Email us at info@rowdylocals.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll ship a replacement at no cost to you.
  • The "Wash Test" Clause: We aren't responsible for damage caused by improper washing. "Wash inside out, cold water, hang dry" to protect the DTF/DTG transfer.
• Sizing: We provide detailed size charts for every garment. Please check them twice! Since we print to order, we cannot offer full refunds for sizing errors. However, we want you to love your fit—contact us, and we’ll hook you up with a "Local’s Discount" to get the right size.
• Cancellations: Once an order is in the heat press, it’s yours. If you need to cancel, please reach out within 5 p.m. of the day of placing your order. We make the t-shirts at night, so if we see the email before we start making you will be in luck.
